1. Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "Member") and tkaka ("we", "us", "the Platform", "the Operator") governing your access to and use of the tkaka online casino and sports betting platform, accessible at tkaka.org and any associated mobile interface (collectively, "the Service").

By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise using any part of the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy incorporated herein by reference. 2. Eligibility and Age Verification

The Service is exclusively available to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria. By accessing or using tkaka, you represent and warrant that you satisfy each of the conditions listed below. tkaka reserves the right to verify eligibility at any stage and to suspend or close accounts where eligibility requirements are not met.

• You are at least 21 years of age. Persons under the age of 21 are strictly prohibited from registering, depositing, or participating in any gambling activity on the Platform in any capacity
• You are a natural person (not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity) acting on your own behalf and for your own account
• You are not residing in or accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited or restricted under applicable law
• You are registering and participating voluntarily, using funds that lawfully belong to you and that are free from any encumbrance or claim by a third party
• You have not been excluded from gambling through a self-exclusion programme, a regulatory exclusion order, or any other mechanism applicable in your jurisdiction

tkaka applies a strict one-account-per-person policy. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, same mobile number, same payment method, same device, or the same household — is a breach of these Terms. All associated accounts may be suspended and outstanding balances forfeited upon discovery of duplicate accounts. Age verification (KYC) is conducted prior to the processing of any withdrawal request.

3. Account Registration and Security

To access the full functionality of the tkaka platform, you must register a single personal account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information. You are obligated to update your account information promptly should any of it change. tkaka may at any time request documentary evidence to verify the information you have provided.

tkaka processes and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. All personal and financial information submitted to tkaka is encrypted in transit using 256-bit SSL technology and stored on secure servers. Account holders are responsible for ensuring their own device security, including keeping their browser and operating system updated and using adequate antivirus protection.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on tkaka are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). tkaka supports deposits and withdrawals via the principal Bangladesh mobile banking platforms and selected bank transfer methods. The Operator reserves the right to modify, add, or remove supported payment methods at any time without prior notice.

Deposit Conditions

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 per transaction. There is no maximum single deposit limit imposed by the Platform, though individual payment providers may apply their own transaction limits
• Deposits are credited to your tkaka wallet in real time in most cases. If a deposit is not reflected within 30 minutes, contact tkaka support with the transaction reference number from your mobile banking application
• tkaka accepts only deposits made from payment accounts registered in the account holder's own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds
• tkaka does not charge deposit fees. Any fees applied by your mobile banking provider or bank are independent of the Platform and are the responsibility of the depositing player

Withdrawal Conditions

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 per request. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed
• Withdrawals are processed only to the same payment account used for the most recent deposit on the account. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and to protect account holders from fraudulent withdrawal attempts
• KYC verification must be completed successfully before any withdrawal is approved. tkaka reserves the right to request updated KYC documentation for withdrawals above specified thresholds
• bKash and Nagad withdrawals are typically processed within five to fifteen minutes during Bangladesh Standard Time active hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to three business days depending on the receiving institution's processing schedule

tkaka reserves the right to delay, withhold, or reverse any withdrawal where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, a pending KYC review, an active bonus wagering requirement not yet fulfilled, or a suspected breach of these Terms. In the event that a fraudulent or erroneous credit has been made to your account, tkaka reserves the right to reverse that credit regardless of whether related funds have already been withdrawn or wagered.

5. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

tkaka offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to registered players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each individual offer. Where a conflict exists between a bonus-specific term and these general Terms, the bonus-specific term shall prevail in respect of that bonus only. tkaka reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time and without prior notice.

All bonus offers are made exclusively to residents or users accessing from eligible markets. tkaka makes no representation that any bonus, promotion, or special offer is available or lawful in any particular jurisdiction. Players are responsible for verifying their own eligibility to participate in promotions under the laws of their jurisdiction.

6. Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets and game rounds placed on tkaka are subject to the following general rules in addition to the specific rules applicable to each game type or sports market. In the event of any technical malfunction or system error during a game or bet, tkaka's records shall be the definitive reference for determining the outcome. Players acknowledge that tkaka's server logs constitute the authoritative record of all transactions and game outcomes.

• All bets are final and cannot be cancelled or modified once confirmed by the system, except in circumstances expressly permitted by the Platform for a specific market or game type
• Minimum and maximum bet limits are set per game and per market. These limits are displayed at the time of placing a bet and may be adjusted by tkaka at any time without prior notice
• For sports betting markets, tkaka reserves the right to suspend, void, or settle markets differently in the event of obvious pricing errors, data feed failures, or events that are materially different from what was originally offered for betting
• Winnings from casino games and sports bets are credited to your tkaka wallet balance immediately upon settlement. Winnings from live casino games are subject to the applicable house edge and RTP parameters set by the game provider
• tkaka accepts no responsibility for losses arising from a player's choice of strategy, staking plan, or betting system. Past results do not guarantee or imply future performance in any game or market available on the Platform

In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a game or bet, the player must notify tkaka support within 72 hours of the relevant transaction. Disputes raised after this period may not be reviewed. tkaka's decision on all game and bet outcome disputes, made after a full internal review of server logs and relevant records, is final and binding.

7. Responsible Gaming

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on tkaka and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. tkaka monitors for violations using automated systems and manual review processes and will act decisively when prohibited conduct is identified.

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with the Platform, place bets, or generate game outcomes in any manner not available to manual users
• Colluding with other players or third parties to manipulate the outcome of any game, market, or bonus offer, including but not limited to chip dumping in poker or table games and coordinated matched betting across multiple accounts
• Providing false, misleading, or unverifiable personal information during registration, KYC, or any other process requiring identity confirmation
• Using the Platform for any purpose that may constitute money laundering, terrorist financing, tax evasion, or any other activity that is illegal under applicable law
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, calculation errors, or pricing anomalies, including using information about outcomes not yet resolved by the Platform to place bets on those outcomes
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing tkaka staff, support agents, or other players through any communication channel, including live chat, email, or any associated social media platform

Violations of these prohibited conduct rules may result in immediate account suspension, permanent account closure, forfeiture of all balances and pending withdrawals, and where applicable, referral of evidence to relevant legal authorities. tkaka reserves the right to take civil or criminal legal action against players engaged in fraudulent activity, including recovery of costs and damages.

9. Account Suspension and Termination

tkaka reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• The account holder has breached any provision of these Terms, the Privacy Policy, or the Responsible Gaming Policy
• The account holder fails to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe or provides documentation that cannot be verified as authentic
• tkaka has reasonable grounds to believe that the account is being used for fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal purposes, or that the account holder is not who they claim to be
• The account holder requests voluntary closure of their own account, in which case tkaka will process any verifiable pending balance after completing a final KYC review

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any balance remaining in the account — including deposited funds, winnings, and bonus funds — may be forfeited at tkaka's discretion. Where tkaka closes an account for reasons unrelated to the player's conduct (for example, a business decision to exit a market), any verified balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method after completing the required identity verification.

10. Intellectual Property

All content available on the tkaka platform — including but not limited to the website design, interface layout, graphics, logos, text, software, game content licensed from third-party providers, and all other materials — is the property of tkaka or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Service solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any materials from the tkaka platform without the prior written consent of tkaka. Any unauthorised use of platform content constitutes an infringement of tkaka's intellectual property rights and may result in account termination and legal action.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, tkaka and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Service, including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption, even if tkaka has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

tkaka does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Scheduled maintenance, unscheduled outages, or circumstances beyond the Platform's reasonable control (including but not limited to acts of God, internet service provider failures, or government actions) may result in temporary service unavailability, for which tkaka accepts no liability.

12. Privacy and Data Protection

tkaka's collection, use, storage, and disclosure of your personal information is governed by the tkaka Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Service, you acknowledge and consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy is available at tkaka.org/privacy-policy and should be read in conjunction with these Terms.

tkaka implements appropriate technical and organisational security measures designed to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, accidental loss, destruction, or damage. All data transmitted between your device and the tkaka platform is encrypted using 256-bit SSL technology. tkaka will never sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

13. Amendments to These Terms

tkaka reserves the right to revise, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made to these Terms, tkaka will use reasonable endeavours to notify registered account holders by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform or by sending a notification to the contact details registered on the account. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the Service after any revision to these Terms becomes effective constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Service and may request account closure by contacting support at [email protected]. Continued use following notification of material changes without requesting account closure shall be treated as unconditional acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, their subject matter, or their formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with general principles of commercial law applicable to online service agreements, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection provisions that may apply in the player's jurisdiction of residence.

In the event of any dispute between you and tkaka, you are encouraged to contact tkaka support at [email protected] in the first instance to seek an informal resolution. tkaka will endeavour to respond to all formally raised complaints within five business days. If an informal resolution cannot be reached, both parties agree to attempt mediation before pursuing any formal legal proceedings. Nothing in this clause limits tkaka's right to seek emergency injunctive or other equitable relief in any competent court where such relief is necessary to prevent immediate and irreparable harm.
